Better fit. Less turnover. More diversity.
Most successful businesses base decisions on data, metrics and outcomes. This is especially important when it comes to hiring. That’s why HireReach exists: to help employers connect the right people to the right jobs.
HireReach supports employers ready to improve their hiring processes by using practical training and tools to reduce bias and increase the use of data to predict job performance.
Organizations participate by joining a HireReach Academy. Over five months, participating employers will design, launch, and begin to refine their Evidence-Based hiring process.

What We Do
HireReach supports employers as they develop and implement an evidence-based selection (EBS) process for hiring. EBS is a fair, objective, data-driven strategy that helps organizations make better hiring decisions. It is proven to improve quality of hire, reduce first-year turnover, and increase workforce diversity.

Who We Are
HireReach is based on a strategy developed for Mercy Health that resulted in reduced first-year turnover, streamlined hiring and improved workforce diversity. The success of that initiative led to the creation of HireReach in 2018 as a collaboration of West Michigan Works! and Talent 2025.
HireReach has continued to refine its curriculum and support systems through independent third-party evaluation and employer feedback.
